Job Summary
We are seeking a Production Support Engineer (L1/L2) with 4–5 years of experience to support cloud‑based applications. The role focuses on incident triage, monitoring, CI/CD support, and operational stability across Azure and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide L1/L2 production support for cloud‑hosted applications, ensuring system availability and meeting SLA targets.
• Monitor applications and infrastructure, respond to alerts, perform initial analysis, and escalate issues to L3 teams as needed.
• Support Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, including deployment monitoring and release validation.
• Perform routine cloud operations in Azure and AWS, such as log analysis, setting checks,



and access verification.
• Participate in ITSM processes (Incident, Change, and Problem Management), including ticket updates, handovers, and RCA support.

Skill Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in Production or Application Support (L1/L2).
• Hands‑on exposure to Azure and AWS cloud settings.
• Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines or CI/CD monitoring.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar).
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and support workflows.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a 24x7 support workplace.
