REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - SULB
Minimum 2 years experience as Sr. Area Manager or Assistant Regional Manager
Employees in Grade MM5 or Equivalent are only eligible to apply
Performance rating should be 3 and above in the last 2 PMS cycle and not having any active DA cases.

Excellent leadership skills to manage team, achieve profitability & business targets of region. Customer acquisition, service delivery, maximising productivity, location specific targets for business development strategies to be driven by AMs. Ensure effective marketing activities, lead generation, brand visibility, branch visits, market research and competitor analysis. Focus on operation activities like standardisation of processes and policies, interest and recovery of over dues, operational efficiency, compliance and regulatory, administration, policy adherence & compliance.
Responsibilities
To lead team of 30 or more Branch Managers for achieving business targets in terms of revenue generation, operational compliance, customer acquisition & retention, quality service to customers,



asset quality portfolio and collection.
Lead and co-ordinate the team of regional corporate staff members in Business Development & Marketing, Operations &Recovery;, Human Resources & Administration.
Lead the team of Branch Managers as well as Area Managers in the region and guide them to achieve the Business targets, profitability and productivity targets as well as Operational efficacy. Innovate, plan & implement current ways & means to increase walk ins & attract current customers and retain existing ones and to convert non-BEP branches to BEP branches
Achieve the targets of the Region for gold loans and other loan products for various quarters as well as for the financial year (FY)- ensure quality of collaterals/ ornaments pledged
Achieve other business targets including SD and 3rdparty products for various quarters as well as FY
Timely interest collection by branches and recovery of overdue- minimizi .
