We're Hiring | Sales Support Administrator (Remote)

Are you passionate about Sales Operations and have experience supporting global sales teams? We're looking for a Sales Support Administrator with a strong background in Salesforce CRM and Advanced Excel to join our remote team.

Location: Remote (India)
Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Support international Sales teams with quote processing, pricing, and discount approvals.
Manage opportunities, accounts, and pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
Monitor and respond to sales inquiries within defined SLAs.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and sales analytics using Advanced Excel.
Conduct customer research and maintain CRM data accuracy.
Review partner applications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve sales-related issues.





Required Skills:
Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud preferred)
Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards)
Sales Support / Sales Operations
Quote & Deal Management
Robust communication and analytical skills
