We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) / Online Bidder to help expand our global client base through freelancing platforms and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Generate high-quality leads through online channels.
Bid on projects via Upwork, PeoplePerHour, Freelancer.com, Guru, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
Prepare customized proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
Communicate with international clients through chat, email, and video meetings.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare suitable solutions.
Negotiate pricing and close deals.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Manage sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.

Required Skills




1 to 4 years of experience in IT Business Development or Online Bidding.
Proven experience on Upwork, PeoplePerHour, or similar freelancing platforms.
Excellent written and spoken English communication.
Strong proposal writing and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of Website Development, Mobile Apps, AI Solutions, SEO, and Digital Marketing.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with international clients.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and lead generation tools is an advantage.
