End‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, closure
Client HR operations: onboarding, documentation, compliance
Liaison between IPS & client for manpower planning/reporting
Maintain pipelines via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals
Ensure smooth recruitment execution at client site
Ideal Candidate:
Solid communication & stakeholder management
Exposure to Oil & Gas / heavy industries preferred
Ability to multitask across recruitment & operations
Proactive, adaptable, comfortable at client premises.
