About the Role
We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Executive to manage end-to-end social media for a portfolio of international dental and healthcare clients. If you're passionate about digital marketing, healthcare branding, and creating engaging content for global audiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Account Management
Onboard current healthcare and dental clients by collecting brand assets, clinic photos, doctor profiles, service details, and brand guidelines.
Understand each client's services, specialties, patient journey, and target audience.
Build and maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
Content Strategy & Creative Development
Research trending topics in dentistry, oral healthcare, and patient education across international markets.
Develop and manage monthly content calendars aligned with local events, awareness campaigns, and seasonal trends.
Design engaging creatives for Facebook and Instagram, including:
Static Posts
Carousels
Story Graphics
Reel Covers
Write compelling, market-specific captions tailored for audiences in the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, and other international regions.
Social Media Management & Organic Growth
Schedule and publish content consistently across Meta platforms.
Monitor engagement, reach, impressions, saves, and follower growth.
Implement organic growth strategies through hashtag research, community engagement, and audience interaction.
Respond to comments and direct messages professionally.
Stay updated with Meta algorithm changes and social media best practices.




Performance Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for each client.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend actionable improvements.
Identify growth opportunities and optimize content strategies based on insights.

Requirements
✅ Must Have
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.
Healthcare or Dental Marketing experience is mandatory.
Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatments, and patient journeys, including:
Dental Implants
Orthodontics
Cosmetic Dentistry
Preventive Dentistry
Experience creating social media creatives using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.
Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone for different international markets.
Knowledge of patient expectations and content sensitivities in the US, UK, Canada, and Singapore .
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
⭐ Good to Have
Previous experience managing social media for dental clinics or healthcare brands.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite , Buffer , Hootsuite , Later , or similar scheduling tools.
Working knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney , or other content generation platforms.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads.
Strong visual design sense and attention to aesthetics.
