Designation- Exec- Sales support

Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and customer meetings.

Process sales orders, quotations, contracts, and invoices accurately.

Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, order status, and product information.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.

Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance analyses.

Track sales targets and support the team in achieving objectives.

Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock availability to customers and the sales team.

Support marketing and promotional activities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).





Experience with CRM software is preferred.

Solid organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
