Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products or services clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build relationships.

Minimum qualification:

- Good communication skills in English and the local language (additional languages are a plus).
- Positive attitude,
