? Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit new Insurance Advisors.

• Generate Insurance Sales through your team.

? Monthly Salary:

Rs. 3,000 to Rs. 75,000 Monthly

? Commission:

• 9% – 30% Commission on Team Sales

• 45% – 50% Commission on Self Business

Incentive:

• Rs. 1,500 Bonus Per Recruitment

• Rs. 5000 Flast Off Bonus Per Advisor

• Rs 5,000 to Rs 32,000 PDI Bonus Per Advisor

? Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass

• Age: 25 Years

• Insurance Sales Experience Preferred

If you don't have any work experience or you are under age, You can join as an Insurance Advisor. To become eligible for promotion, you need to complete a minimum of 6 Insurance Policies with ₹2,10,000 worth of business.

? Benefits:

• Earn 30% Commission on Business

• Upon task completion, your profile will be upgraded to IAP (Team Leader / Recruiter)

? Key Note:

IRDAI Exam qualification is mandatory.
