About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our international tele-sales team.

This role involves engaging with clients across global markets, promoting products and services, and achieving sales targets through effective communication.

Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome, provided they possess excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound Calling: Handle inbound calls from existing and new clients to promote and sell products and services.

- Customer Engagement: Build strong rapport with customers through professional and persuasive communication.

- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain a solid understanding of the companys products, services, and value propositions to answer customer queries accurately.

- Customer Feedback:



Gather and record customer feedback, objections, and preferences to help improve sales strategies.

- CRM Updates: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.

- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient sales processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

- A bachelors degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).

- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal).

- Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, friendly phone manner.

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.

- Familiarity with tele-sales best practices and CRM tools.

- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
