Job Description: AR Executive (Voice Process) – DULY (Medical Billing)

Job Overview:-

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Executive to join our team in Thane. This position is part of a blended voice process supporting the DULY Line of Business . The ideal candidate will be responsible for follow-ups with insurance companies, managing claim denials, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Follow up on pending, unpaid, or denied medical insurance claims via phone and web portals.
- Analyze medical billing claims, identify denial trends, and take necessary corrective action for resolution.
- Communicate effectively with US insurance representatives to resolve billing discrepancies and appeal denied claims.
- Maintain accurate, structured documentation of all customer and payer interactions in the RCM database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and quality metrics as outlined by operational leadership.





Candidate Eligibility & Criteria:-

- Education: Higher Secondary Certificate (12th Pass) or Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months of mandatory experience in US Healthcare AR / Medical Billing .
- Skills:
- Solid verbal and written communication skills (English).
- Good knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) flow, CPT/ICD codes, and claim denial handling.
- Proficient keyboarding skills and basic computer competency.

Shift & Work Schedule:-

- Work Days: 5 days a week.
- Offs: 2 rotational week-offs per week.
- Process: Blended (Voice Process).

Compensation & Recruitment Details:-

- In-Hand Salary: Up to ₹28,000 per month (determined by qualification, previous salary history, and evaluation performance).
- Selection Process: HR Round // AMCAT Test // Operations Interview
