Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and finalize structural and civil engineering drawings for solar projects.
- Design and analyze RCC and steel structures for solar installations, including module mounting structures and foundations.
- Prepare detailed layouts, BOQs, and construction drawings using design software.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams for smooth execution of civil works.
- Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and project specifications .
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure quality control.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related issues.
- Optimize material usage and construction methods for cost efficiency.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials .
- MANDATORY - Proficiency in BOTH engineering software:
- AutoCAD
- STAAD Pro
- Hands-on experience in developing civil and structural drawings .
- In-depth understanding of:
- RCC structures
- Steel structures
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the Solar / Renewable Energy industry will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Solar EPC projects, including ground-mounted or rooftop systems.
