Job Title

Steam Turbine and Generator Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional with proven experience in steam turbine and generator erection, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:Erection & Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Erection:

- Template setting TG
- LP Turbine erection
- HP, IP Turbine erection
- Turbine auxiliary, piping
- TG Erection with OEM standard.

Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems such as lubrication, cooling,



and steam cycle equipment.
- Conduct detailed inspections of rotors, bearings, seals, blades, and other critical components to ensure integrity and compliance with operational standards.
- Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and engineering teams during major overhauls or upgrades.

Technical Documentation and Reporting:

- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and performance analyses.
- Update maintenance records in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations for equipment improvements, operational strategies, and reliability enhancement.
