- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software architecture and development processes.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools, testing frameworks, and version control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges in a timely and productive manner.

Additional Information
