- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project standards.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Ability to develop and maintain RESTful services and APIs.
- Familiarity with database design, SQL queries, and ORM frameworks.
- Competence in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- This position is based at our PDC3B - SEZ location.
