Role Description : We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our presence market through effective B2B sales. This role involves extensive fieldwork, building strong partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators, and driving business growth through lead generation and client conversions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct field visits and door-to-door sales to identify and engage potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other partners
- Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into business opportunities




- Handle pricing, prepare quotations, and manage end-to-end client communication
- Maintain robust relationships with customers, vendors, and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of services
- Represent the company at trade events, meetings, and training sessions as required

Requirements :

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in B2B Travel Sales (Freshers are not eligible)
- Prior experience in field sales will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of visa processes and travel industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

- ₹15,000-35,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives with earning potential up to Rs 1 lakh per month
