Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete sales operations of the dealership.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize revenue.
- Build, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
- Monitor dealership KPIs,



profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, customers, and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dealership standards.

✅ Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of experience in Automobile Sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Dealership experience is mandatory.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred.
