12 years in Sales, with at least 6- 8 years in a leadership role in Career Immigration Sales.

Job Summary

The Regional Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving business growth, achieving regional revenue targets, managing branch operations, leading sales teams, and ensuring high conversion rates for Career Immigration services including Canada PR, Australia PR and GOC.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive regional sales and revenue targets across assigned branches.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Counsellors, and Sales Consultants.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize lead conversion and customer acquisition.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.
- Conduct regular branch visits PAN INDIA for performance reviews, coaching, and operational audits.
- Improve sales productivity through training, motivation, and performance management.




- Ensure excellent customer experience and adherence to company sales processes and compliance standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and identify recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with Marketing to improve lead generation and regional promotional activities.
- Prepare regional MIS reports, sales forecasts, revenue projections, and management presentations.
