As a 3D Animator at Robot ArtWorks, you will be responsible for creating high-quality character animations for cinematic productions using Unreal Engine Sequencer. You will focus on character acting, storytelling, camera work, and cinematic presentation to deliver engaging visual experiences for client and internal projects. Your role will involve collaborating closely with artists, directors, and technical team members to produce compelling animated sequences.Key Responsibilities:- Create high-quality character animations for cinematic productions- Animate performances that convey emotion, personality, and storytelling- Work within Unreal Engine Sequencer to produce polished cinematic shots- Collaborate with art and production teams to achieve creative goals- Refine animation using animation curves, timing, and performance polish- Utilize existing rigs, animation assets, and motion capture data when required- Contribute to shot composition and camera storytellingQualifications Required:- Solid understanding of the 12 Principles of Animation- Experience with character animation and performance-based animation- Familiarity with Unreal Engine Sequencer- Experience with Blender, Maya, or similar animation software- Understanding of timing, weight, posing, and acting- Ability to receive feedback and iterate efficiently- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Passion for storytelling and cinematic animation As a 3D Animator at Robot ArtWorks,
