- Financial Planning & Analysis: Budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee accounting operations; ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory norms; manage audits.
- Leadership: Lead and develop the finance & accounts team.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage liquidity, cost optimisation, banking, and funding.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present periodic financial statements.
- Risk & Controls: Identify financial risks and strengthen internal controls.
- Strategic Support: Provide financial inputs for business growth and strategic decisions.

Experience
- 8-15 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, and leadership roles.
