Key Responsibilities:

Manage industrial fermentation operations for biofertilizer production

.Monitor fermentation parameters (pH, DO, Temperature, Aeration)

.Handle upstream & downstream processing

.Ensure GMP, HACCP, SOP and quality compliance

.Lead fermentation team and optimize production yield

.Troubleshoot contamination, batch failures and process deviations

.Coordinate with R&D;, QA and Maintenance teams

.Drive process improvements, cost optimization and documentation
