Requirements:

- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Emergency Medicine (Diplomate of National Board – DNB Emergency Medicine or equivalent).

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in emergency medicine within a hospital or emergency care setting.

- Valid and active medical license (NMC registered) with eligibility for practice in India.

- Proficiency in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and pediatric advanced life support (PALS) certifications.

- Solid clinical judgment, decision-making ability, and experience managing high-acuity cases including trauma, stroke, sepsis, and acute cardiovascular events.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage stress and deliver care in high-pressure environments.

- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information systems.

- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
