Reports to: Chief of Staff

Location: Delhi, in person

Type: Full time, individual contributor

About the role

We're looking for a builder who gets excited about creating new growth engines from scratch. This role is about finding untapped demand channels, building whatever is needed to test them, and scaling what works into repeatable lead and revenue volume. The building is the core of the job. Revenue is what it's building toward.

It's a hands-on individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of building and scaling current growth channels. You won't wait on anyone to test an idea. You'll build the test version yourself, automations, funnels, PoCs, whatever the experiment needs, prove it works, then hand the winners to our tech team to scale properly. If you enjoy operating in ambiguity, taking ownership, and driving ideas from zero to tangible impact, this role will be rewarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new and unconventional acquisition opportunities beyond our current channels

• Form hypotheses, design experiments, and execute them end-to-end

• Build what's needed to run experiments independently: automations, funnels, landing pages, CRM flows, and lightweight tools or PoCs, without depending on the tech team for standard no-code and automation work

• Own the full lifecycle of each channel you build: idea, execution, tracking, and optimization, including the conversion funnels of the new channels you create

• Manage and deploy a monthly experiment budget across new go-to-market bets

• Build and close co-marketing and distribution partnerships to unlock new demand

• Hand proven, scalable channels off to the tech team with clear specs

The ideal candidate

• A builder above all: you can independently build automations and PoCs to test an idea without relying on anyone. This is the core of the role. If you can't build it yourself, this isn't the right fit

• Show us proof of work: something you've personally built, or an experiment you've personally run, with the tools named, the logic explained, and the outcome. We care about what you've shipped, not years or pedigree

• Strong on tools and automation: comfortable with tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, CRM automation, and funnel or landing page builders. You understand technology well enough to know what can and can't be done, and where the line is between a quick build and a job for the tech team

• AI-first: you reach for AI tools by default to move faster, building prototypes, writing and testing copy, and analyzing results. You treat AI as a force multiplier, not an afterthought

• Strong on data: you can pull, structure, and read your own numbers, and build your own reports without waiting on anyone

• Understands funnels: you know how multi-step conversion funnels work and where they leak

• Performance marketing fluency: you can run and read a paid experiment on a new channel. CAC, ROAS, and conversion economics are second nature

• Experimentation mindset: you think in hypotheses, not opinions, and you can tell us why a failed test was still useful. Most experiments fail, and you treat that as signal, not wasted effort

• Owns outcomes and moves independently: comfortable owning a budget, accountable for what it produces, and you don't wait to be told the next step. You find it and take it

Good to have

• Ability to code enough to build a quick prototype or custom automation when no-code hits its limits. A software or engineering background is a plus purely because it sharpens your judgment of what's technically possible

• SQL or light scripting to pull and work with your own data

• Sales or partnership experience, useful for the co-marketing and distribution side of the role

• Experience in healthtech, D2C, or any business with a multi-step conversion funnel

Who this is not for

• People who diagnose and recommend but wait for someone else to build. You are the builder. If your instinct is to write a plan and hand it off, this role will frustrate you

• People who need a defined playbook and clear instructions. If ambiguity stresses you rather than energizes you, you'll be unhappy here

• People who treat failed experiments as failures. If a losing test dents your confidence instead of teaching you something, the pace here will grind you down
