We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (multiple locations) to lead the in office execution and delivery of civil projects. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background in civil engineering along with business acumen to effectively manage project timelines, budgets, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

Role 1

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Employment Type: Full-time (Site Deployment)

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Qualification:

- B. Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA (Mandatory)

Role 2

Location: Bhubaneshwar, Odisha

Employment Type: Full-time (Site Deployment)

Experience Required: 8+ Years





Qualification:

- B. Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities (Not limited to):

- Lead end-to-end on-site project execution
- Manage construction activities, contractors, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and as per quality standards
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, and internal stakeholders
- Identify and resolve project risks and execution challenges
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management

Required Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent planning, coordination, and execution skills
- Sound knowledge of construction practices and project management
- Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Office, and relevant tools
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel and be deployed at project sites as required
