Location: Mumbai, Pune and Delhi.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities and acquire clients in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics sector.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.Achieve individual sales and revenue targets as assigned by the organization.Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable freight forwarding solutions.Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate pricing with clients.Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments.Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.Represent the organization at client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.Required Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing,



or a related discipline.Minimum 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding Sales.Mandatory experience in the Freight Forwarding industry.Strong understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Import/Export, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.Key CompetenciesExcellent negotiation and communication skills.Robust business development and sales acumen.Customer-centric approach with relationship management skills.Strategic thinking and market analysis capabilities.Target-oriented with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Preferred Candidate ProfileImmediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Strong network within the logistics and freight forwarding industry will be an added advantage.
