Job Title: Sales Engineer - CAD/CAM Location: Bangalore - Onsite Experience: 2–3 Years Role Summary You will manage customer enquiries, qualify leads, understand technical requirements, coordinate product demonstrations, and follow up on opportunities to achieve assigned sales targets. The role involves working closely with customers, application engineers, and internal teams throughout the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities · Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, website, and online channels.· Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, webinars, and outreach.· Qualify leads and follow up throughout the sales process· Provide product demos and Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions.· Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and product details.· Follow up on quotations to close sales.· Achieve quarterly, and annual sales targets.· Maintain the sales pipeline and provide sales forecasts.· Conduct post-implementation follow-ups and collect customer feedback.· Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.· Support webinars, exhibitions, marketing campaigns,



and business development activities.Requirements · 2–3 years of experience in B2B, industrial, or technical sales,· Preferably in CAD/CAM software, cutting tools, or CNC machine tools. · Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or a related discipline. · Solid customer-handling, negotiation, and follow-up skills. · Comfortable working with sales targets and performance KPIs. · Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms. · Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and goal-oriented. · Willingness to travel as required. · Good communication skills in English and Hindi and local language About CademCadem Technologies is one of India’s respected names in CNC productivity, programming, and skill-development software.
