Continuous improvement, optimisation and learning are key to our service delivery strategy.Purpose of the jobThe senior technology project manager provides an outstanding service with his/her expertise that is customer focused and drives improved organisational performance. The senior technology project manager applies to the team but also to other operational experts and officers within the organisation.For example: by being a mentor, onboard and the ability to train new colleagues, lead meetings and design business processes.In summary, the purpose of the role is to provide technology leadership as part of the technologyleadership chapter within the squad based structure of the technology enterprise department. Inparticular leading a squad with its associated customer portfolio and leading or providing assurance for the technology related workstreams for projects.Key performance indicators● development of improved working practices and processes for the leadership chapter.● effective and engaged squad leadership.● high quality delivery for the workstream associated with the chapter if applicable.● point of escalation for their own squad.Key stakeholders● technology vendors (SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, VNDLY, GR8P,



Workday etc).● account teams (RSR).● internal project teams.● external project stakeholders.● Randstad back / middle offices.● tech enterprise squads.● professional services teams.Your responsibilities● solutions analysis: identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions within a range ofcriteria to find those that best meet business needs.○ by evaluating, quality monitoring and keeping the products and services of the squad upto date.○ providing professional knowledge and knowledge of resources/instruments of the squad(knowledge sharing).○ is responsible for managing the knowledge and best practice sharing activities towardsthe organisation.○ looking for new solutions.○ creating training content to educate and support the organisation.○ becoming a trustful and highly knowledgeable partner to the organisation.● creating thought leadership in the working field of RSR as it relates to aligned squad.● directing external suppliers, assessing their professional services and giving internal advice aboutthe selection of suppliers.● leadership and direction: delivers outcomes by managing others in the squad and workingwithin established systems.○ by coordinating tasks at squad level.○ providing short, medium and long-term strategies that are aligned with business goals.○ coaching and mentoring squad members and colleagues.○ establishing metrics, goals and the expected performance levels of all squad membersand providing feedback and coaching where appropriate.○ should assess/survey quality of work delivered by squad.Coordinate or provide trainingwhen necessary for the purpose of improving skills or teaching new ones.○ act as a role model for squad members.○ recommendations:



provides advice on designing new processes and systems to achieveprofessional standards and desired outcomes.■ by advising internal and external clients as it relates to the senior technologyproject manager’s area of expertise.■ providing consultancy services to external clients.■ signalling and advising the leadership and management team.■ handling complex specialist questions related to the senior technology projectmanager’s area of expertise and giving advice.■ joining client-facing meetings and giving presentations.○ needs assessment: uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potentialcauses, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.■ translates the demands of customers (internal and external) into proposals fornew products and services.○ project management: manages and delivers required outcomes for a portfolio ofprojects while reporting to senior colleagues.■ by the implementation of products and services in the business.■ making proposals for and making improvements in the workforce processes andthe expertise of the organisation.■ is a point of contact for the organisation regarding expertise.■ delivers innovative solutions for the organisation.■ supports Sales and Solution Design in case of new RPO/MSP/SOW bids.Job RequirementsEducation● university/Post Graduate or equivalent professional & intellectual ability.Experience● 5 years experience in an MSP or RPO business.● 3 years experience with SAP Fieldglass, configuration manager and other VMS systems.● Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job- related experience intheir own area of expertise to a fully competent level.● Hands-on experience within the expertise.● Leading and supporting client meetings.● Holding public and commercial presentations, webinars.● Running end-to-end projects by managing various stakeholders and project team contributors(c-suite level).● Building reports and negotiating with external providers.● Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific endresults within limited timeframes.Knowledge● technology workstream delivery● leading technologies related to our business (VMS, CRM, ATS).Additional skills needed● proficient excel / sheets.● proficient Monday.Com.● good command of the business language (English).● good written communication.● people management.Location and travel● The role needs to be based in India.● travel (regional and global) is required (Passport is required)
