We are seeking an Associate – Social Impact Team to join our Bengaluru office.Summary -The role involves managing relationships with nonprofit partners, conducting field visitsand project assessments across India, monitoring funded initiatives, evaluating grant opportunities,and identifying partnerships that strengthen MSI's philanthropic initiatives. This position requires aproactive individual who enjoys working directly with communities, nonprofit organizations, andstakeholders to create measurable social impact.Key Responsibilities
- Support MSI's Senior Manager of Social Impact in executing and managing MSI's SocialImpact initiatives in both the US and India.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit partners and serve as a primary pointof contact.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project implementation, interact with beneficiaries,verify outcomes, and provide recommendations based on ground-level observations.
- Lead project monitoring, evaluations, and impact assessments to ensure funded initiativesachieve their intended outcomes.




- Support end-to-end NGO onboarding, organizational due diligence, and compliance withfunding and reporting requirements.
- Review grant proposals, project plans, budgets, and supporting documentation to assist infunding recommendations.
- Prepare comprehensive field visit reports, impact assessments, and managementpresentations.
- Compile weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual impact reports.
- Develop partnerships with foundations, CSR organizations, government agencies, and otherstakeholders to expand MSI's social impact initiatives.
- Identify and leverage relevant public policies and government schemes to strengthen andscale charitable initiatives.
- Plan and lead employee engagement initiatives, including volunteering programs, donationdrives, awareness campaigns, and community outreach activities for Bengaluru officeemployees.
- Represent MSI at partner meetings, conferences, workshops, and community engagements.
- Perform additional duties as required and/or requested.Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Social Work, Economics, Development Studies, Public Health, PublicPolicy, Rural Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in the philanthropy, CSR, or nonprofit sector, preferably ineducation, healthcare, nutrition, or livelihood development.
- Experience in grant management, grant administration, project monitoring, due diligence,impact assessment, and stakeholder management.
- Strong research, analytical, and report writing skills.
