Location: HyderabadExperience: 4+ YearsWe are looking for a detail-oriented BOQ Engineer with at least 4 years of experience in commercial interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and vendor coordination, with a sound understanding of office interior projects. QUALIFICATIONSPrepare detailed BOQs based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions.Perform quantity take-offs for Civil, Interior, MEP, and Finishing works.Conduct rate analysis and prepare cost estimates.Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications for completeness.Coordinate with the Design, Procurement,



and Project teams to ensure BOQ accuracy.Visit project sites for quantity validation and identify variations.Prepare and evaluate vendor comparison statements.Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.Maintain BOQ revisions and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.REQUIREMENTBachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.Minimum 4 years of experience in BOQ preparation for commercial interior fit-out projects.Robust knowledge of commercial interiors, including Civil, MEP, and Finishing works.Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.Positive analytical, coordination, and communication skills.Experience in office fit-out projects is mandatory. PREFERREDExperience handling projects above 20,000 sq. ft.Familiarity with ERP/project management software is an added advantage.Location: HyderabadEmployment Type: Full-Time
