Team members collaborate closely with hospitality partners and clients to deliver seamless, memorable wedding experiences.Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, responsible for managing and growing Viraaya Weddings’ presence across social media platforms. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and maintaining a consistent brand voice that reflects the company’s wedding planning expertise. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with the planning and sales teams for event updates, monitoring performance metrics, responding to audience interactions, and adjusting strategies based on data insights. The Social Media Manager will also collaborate with designers,



photographers, and videographers to showcase venues, real weddings, and services, while staying updated on social media trends in the wedding and hospitality industry.Qualifications Strong social media marketing skills, including campaign planning, platform management, and audience engagement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.Experience in content strategy and social media optimization (SMO), including planning content calendars and optimizing posts for reach and conversion.Proficient writing skills for social media captions, short-form content, and brand storytelling.Prior experience managing social media for events, weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle brands is preferred.Ability to analyze social media metrics and convert insights into actionable improvements.Comfort working on-site at events when needed to capture live content and real-time updates.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Familiarity with basic design tools and content creation platforms (e.G., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
