Randstad is looking at hiring a Vice President for Finance Division at a Mid Senior Level who reports to Managing Director.About the Role :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- 10–15+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting leadership roles.
- Proven experience in handling banking relationships and financial institutions. Fund Raising Experience will be the mandatory Role
- Strong experience in financial statement preparation, reporting, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.Preferred Skills
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic financial planning and business partnering.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
