and ITSM solutionsWe're Looking For✅ Experience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms✅ Hands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix✅ Knowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, and Hybrid Workplace Monitoring✅ Understanding of Metrics, Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics✅ Familiarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skillsIf you're passionate about enterprise technology, enjoy solving customer challenges, and want to work with a leading IT Operations & Observability platform, we'd love to hear from you.
