What does a day-to-day look like in this role?Classroom Delivery & Training through engaging sessions on:● Verbal & non-verbal communication● Business & qualified communication● Public speaking, presentations, and group discussions● Interpersonal communication & workplace etiquette● Train students across diverse proficiency levels (beginner to advanced).● Use activity-based, experiential learning methods (role plays, simulations, debates).Student Mentoring & Feedback● Provide individualized feedback on speaking, writing, and presentation skills.● Coach students for interviews, GDs, presentations, and campus placements.● Support students in overcoming stage fear and communication anxiety.Assessment & Progress Tracking● Conduct regular assessments in the class to assess the learning progress.● Track student progress and share structured feedback with academic teams.● Maintain basic training records and progress on learning outcomes.
