We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & Payroll Executive to support our growing finance operations and ensure smooth payroll management and statutory compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinance & AccountingAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decision-making.Assist in preparing and filing tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.Coordinate with internal teams to gather financial information and support departmental requirements.Assist during internal and external audits and address audit-related queries.Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions.Payroll & ComplianceProcess monthly payroll accurately, including salary calculations, reimbursements, incentives, and deductions.Coordinate with the HR team to collect attendance records, leave data, employee benefits information,



and payroll documentation.Ensure timely salary disbursement and compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and Labour Laws.Prepare payroll reports and maintain confidential employee payroll records.Handle employee payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions.Stay updated on payroll regulations, tax laws, statutory compliances, and industry best practices.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport management with financial data and reports as required.Perform other finance and accounting-related duties assigned from time to time.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com).1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, payroll, or related functions.Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.Knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.).Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Zoho Books, Tally, or similar platforms.Good understanding of taxation and financial regulations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.High attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities within deadlines.Experience in a digital marketing, advertising, or IT services company will be an added advantage.What We OfferOpportunity to work in a fast-growing digital advertising company.Exposure to end-to-end finance and payroll operations.Collaborative and growth-oriented work workplace.Learning and career advancement opportunities.
