Role Description The Audit Manager – CA/CMA Intermediate will lead and execute audit and assurance engagements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion of assignments. Responsibilities include planning audit procedures, reviewing financial statements, coordinating with clients for data and clarifications, and supervising junior team members. The role involves assessing internal controls, identifying risks, recommending improvements, and preparing clear, well-structured audit reports and documentation. The Audit Manager will collaborate closely with partners and the advisory team on complex finance and accounting matters,



and may support taxation and compliance reviews when required. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. Qualifications Solid grounding in Accounting and Finance, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant standards and regulations. Proficiency in preparing, reviewing, and analyzing Financial Statements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Hands-on experience in conducting Financial Audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting. Robust Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data, identify trends, detect discrepancies, and propose practical solutions. CA / CMA Intermediate qualification (or equivalent professional stage) with a solid understanding of audit methodologies. Experience working in a Chartered Accountancy or professional services environment is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members. Attention to detail, ethical conduct, and ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines. Proficiency with accounting and audit software tools and advanced MS Excel skills. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on accounting, tax, and regulatory changes.
