Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and relationship-oriented Inside Sales Manager to drive B2B sales by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business requirements, and recommending suitable marketing solutions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and follow-ups.- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.- Understand customer business needs and recommend relevant marketing solutions.- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and product presentations.- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client onboarding.- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience.- Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in the CRM.- Stay updated on market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.- Visit clients occasionally, as per business requirements,



to strengthen business relationships.Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–4 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales or related sales roles.- Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, and consultative selling.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proven ability to build long-term client relationships.- Solid negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Comfortable working in a hybrid work environment with occasional client visits.- Own conveyance for client meetings, whenever required.- Technical background in IT/Electronics is not mandatory; relevant sales experience is preferred.Preferred Candidate Profile- Experience in B2B sales across any industry.- Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.- Female candidates are preferred; however, suitable candidates will be considered based on merit.
