We are committed to providing exceptional client experiences through high-quality treatments and personalized care.We are looking for a Front Desk Executive & Sales Coordinator who enjoys interacting with clients, has excellent communication skills, and is confident in handling enquiries and appointments.Key Responsibilities- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional experience.- Handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, and walk-ins.- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and aftercare.- Convert enquiries into confirmed appointments through effective communication and follow-up.- Manage appointments and maintain the daily schedule.- Coordinate with the PMU artist to ensure smooth client flow.- Process payments, generate invoices,



and maintain client records.- Capture treatment photos and videos for social media and marketing (with client consent).- Maintain studio cleanliness, presentation, and client hospitality.- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.Qualifications- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
