This role requires cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and a sharp focus on growth and customer needs. Key Responsibilities:



● Own and drive P&L; for assigned category● Lead end-to-end assortment planning and lifecycle management● Analyze market and customer insights to identify trends and opportunities● Plan inventory to ensure optimal availability and sell-through● Develop pricing, liquidation, and promotional strategies● Work closely with vendors to optimize margins, quality, and lead times● Coordinate with marketing and brand teams for go-to-market planning● Review and manage product catalogs, pricing sheets, and vendor terms● Build and lead a motivated team to scale category growthRequirements:● 4+ years of experience in category management, buying, or merchandising● Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills● Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results● Passion for fashion retail and deep customer empathy
