Design attractive product displays and visual merchandising layouts. Optimize retail space utilization to enhance customer experience and maximize sales. Prepare detailed furniture layouts and fixture plans. Project Management Manage end-to-end execution of new showroom projects, renovations,



and refurbishments. Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and vendors. Prepare project schedules and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project quality and compliance. Resolve design and execution challenges during project implementation. Interior Design Develop 2D drawings,3D visualizations, and working drawings. Select finishes, furniture, lighting, signage, flooring, and décor elements. Ensure ergonomic and functional space planning. Furniture Layouts Flooring Layouts Electrical Layouts Vendor & Contractor Management Identify and evaluate contractors, architects, fabricators, and suppliers. Negotiate commercial terms.
