Key Responsibilities # Provide on-site equipment fault analysis and repair support, and implement measures to prevent recurring failures. # Prepare preventive maintenance plans and equipment emergency-response procedures, follow up on execution, and verify maintenance effectiveness. # Conduct equipment accuracy inspections, analyze equipment issues, and implement corrective action plans. # Analyze, track, and submit spare-parts requirements, and report equipment management issues. # Support equipment asset management, including maintaining equipment records, managing idle equipment, and conducting equipment classification assessments. Qualifications # Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering. # At least 2 years of relevant experience in equipment maintenance or repair; experience in equipmentmanagement or equipment improvement projects is preferred. # Familiarity with standard equipment-maintenance processes and preventive-maintenance practices. # Robust equipment troubleshooting, emergency-repair and fault-analysis skills. # Good communication skills; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.
