- Lead site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Manage project schedules, manpower, materials, and costs.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare and present project progress reports. Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- 10+ years of relevant project management experience (15+ years preferred).
- Experience in high-rise building construction.
- Robust leadership, planning, communication, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, construction methodologies, and quality standards.
