Job Description:

Primary Role ▪ Provides strategy and ensures execution of the API operations in terms of the deliverables and ensures operational excellence in all units/ functions of the business Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and production standards • Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and shift changes to maintain workflow continuity • Planning and organizing production schedules as per customer requirement and given by the marketing department. • Conduct safety training and enforce OSHA regulations to minimize workplace hazards • Monitor and control resources, including raw materials and manpower, to meet production targets • Prepare detailed shift reports documenting operational issues, successes, and resource usage • Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.



• Perform root cause analysis of production nonconformities and take correction, corrective actions and preventive actions as needed. • Ensure that final product meets quality standards and specifications. • Give schedule for Process Preventive maintenance of equipment’s. • Assist in production risk assessment and ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards. • Handling, Storage, Preservation and Disposal of Hazardous Waste. • Identification of Near miss, Unsafe Condition. • Awareness of Identification and Assessment Environmental Aspect Impact. • Experience in Basic Process Engineering, Safety studies HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, QRA etc for various process systems. • Knowledge of Reaction like Hydrogenation, Oxidation, Grignard Reaction and Vacuum Distillation.
