Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Wayside Amenities projects along highways. The role involves end-to-end project management including design coordination, construction execution, stakeholder management, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

- Manage complete lifecycle of Wayside Amenities projects (fuel stations, food courts, rest areas, EV charging stations, etc.)

- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and contracts

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with government authorities, concessionaires, consultants, and contractors

- Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and vendors for smooth execution

- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals and regulatory norms

Construction Management

- Monitor site progress, quality, and safety standards

- Conduct regular site visits and review meetings

- Resolve in office issues and ensure minimal delays

Commercial & Contract Management

- Manage project budgets and cost control measures

- Review BOQs, contracts, and vendor bills





- Ensure timely certification and payments

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

- Implement best practices in construction and project delivery

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare MIS reports, project updates, and dashboards

- Maintain proper documentation for approvals, drawings, and changes

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

- PMP or equivalent certification (preferred)

- 8+ years of experience in highway, infrastructure, or real estate projects

- Experience in Wayside Amenities / Highway facilities is highly preferred

- Strong knowledge of construction management and project planning tools
