Job Description: Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager for a clothing manufacturing company who will be responsible for managing overall garment production operations, ensuring timely delivery, maintaining product quality, controlling production costs, and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor daily garment production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines and quality standards.
- Handle manpower planning, line balancing, and production scheduling.
- Monitor cutting, stitching, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Maintain production efficiency and minimize rejection/wastage.
- Coordinate with merchandising, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.




- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity.
- Handle machine utilization and ensure smooth workflow on production floors.
- Train and guide supervisors and production staff for better performance.
- Maintain discipline and proper coordination among departments.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
- Experience in handling production lines and workforce management.
- Knowledge of stitching, cutting, finishing, and quality standards.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
