Job Description:

Position: DGM - Finance

Location: Santacruz - Mumbai

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Engineering

Responsibilities:

- Oversee finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage Internal, Statutory, Tax, Cost, and GST audits, ensuring timely resolution of audit observations.
- Ensure compliance with ROC, MCA, CSR, Income Tax, GST, TDS, TCS, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
- Handle tax assessments, scrutiny proceedings, tax planning, and optimization of tax liabilities.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, MIS reports, CMA data, QMR, and HMR submissions.
- Coordinate with banks for stock statements, debtors statements, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Oversee costing activities, cost audits, annual closure entries, and financial controls.
- Manage GST reconciliations, return filings, advance tax calculations, and timely statutory payments.
- Provide financial analysis, investment research,



and strategic recommendations to support management decision-making.
- Lead and support finance team operations while ensuring strong governance, compliance, and risk management practices.

Required Skills:

- Expertise in financial accounting, finalization of accounts, budgeting, MIS reporting, and preparation of financial statements.
- Solid knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS/TCS, ROC, MCA, PF, ESIC, statutory audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to lead finance teams, manage audits, drive tax planning, perform financial analysis, and support strategic decision-making.

Required Qualification:- M.Com/MBA - Finance

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
