Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by proactively monitoring and investigating issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a dynamic approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behaviors, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous vigilance and collaboration with different teams to maintain system reliability and performance, while swiftly addressing any disruptions that may impact business functions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of application issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex application and network issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track system performance and detect anomalies.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to coordinate issue resolution and communicate effectively.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and tools to ensure timely escalation and resolution.




- Capability to document technical procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
