Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support the Finance & Accounts function. The role involves maintaining accurate books of accounts, handling day-to-day accounting transactions, supporting GST and TDS compliance, preparing financial reports, and ensuring timely reconciliation of e-commerce transactions. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in accounting for an e-commerce business.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
- Hands-on experience with Tally or similar accounting software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy,



attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- 3–5 years of accounting experience in an e-commerce business.
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial dashboards.
- Exposure to payment gateway accounting and marketplace reconciliation.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Accuracy of accounting entries and reconciliations.
- Timely completion of monthly and annual book closure.
- Timely processing of vendor payments and customer reconciliations.
- Adherence to statutory compliance and filing timelines.
- Accuracy and timeliness of MIS reports and financial information.
