Oracle Fusion Project Manager

- Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion application services
- Act as primary contact for client stakeholders for service performance
- Monitor SLA adherence, produce performance dashboards, and ensure governance compliance
- Drive service improvements, resource allocation, and escalation management
- Coordinate offshore/onsite teams and ensure smooth service transition

- 8+ years' experience in application support/Project Management
- PMP certification preferred
- Strong analytical, coordination, and reporting skills
- Proven experience in managing application support teams
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
