Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) to support business finance operations through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in FP&A;, Controllership, or Record-to-Report (RTR) processes, with the ability to provide financial insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manage annual operating plans, budgets, and rolling forecasts.
- Perform financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close activities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
- Monitor and reconcile financial transactions to ensure data accuracy.
- Review and analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Develop and enhance financial reports using Excel, Power BI, SAP, or SAP HANA.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Controllership, or Record-to-Report (RTR).
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Experience with period-end close and financial planning processes.
- Good understanding of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.




- Familiarity with IFRS Accounting Standards, particularly IFRS 15 and IFRS 16.
- Experience creating financial reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, SAP HANA, or SAP.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in a shared services or global business environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work in flexible or rotational shifts.
