Job Description:

- 6-12 years of hands-on experience in Performance engineering roles.

- Performance testing using JMeter.

- Experience in running Endurance test, Stress test and Chaos testing.

- Running performance tests and analysing/debugging the issues.

- Have worked on performance testing of large scale enterprise systems/products and

- have extensive hands -on experience. Preferably delivered and supported products

- as Cloud hosted services.

- Keen awareness of concerns in a massively distributed systems and effective

- solutions.

- Experience in Linux cloud (Kubernetes) environment supporting applications built

- using language like Java, Go, Node.js.

- Knowledge of Rest API, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Cassandra, Couchbase.

- Experience in monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Elastic, Kibana, Graphana.

- Experience in using NoSQL databases and distributed messaging systems such as

- Redis, Kafka, Couchbase, Cassandra in the context of low latency and high





- transaction volume systems.

- Ability to learn and deep dive into new technology and business domains, question

- status quo and think outside of the box.

- Experience with Functional Programming practices. Robust OOPs concepts ,

- concurrency , exception handling etc.

- Knowledge if Helm charts and Istio.

- Experience using AI-powered engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft

- Copilot, Cursor or similar solutions to accelerate test development, scripting,

- troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

- Experience leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) for performance engineering activities,

- including workload generation, performance test scripting, log analysis, bottleneck

- identification, report generation, and performance optimization recommendations.
